400g 5% fat beef
600g of full wheat flour
5 Spice Powder( a mixture of cinnamon, etc) 3g
10ml soy sauce
30ml peanut oil
1. Chop leek and ginger.
2. Mix soy sauce in the pot with the beef, spice powder, pepper powder, and peanut oil.
